I have a 2022 Salem Hemisphere 369BL. I want to reduce chucking. What Roto Flex pin box would you recommend? Is there a different brand you’d recommend? Like to stay under 800

The pin box on your 2022 Salem Hemisphere 369BL is a 1621 model with a 15.5K weight rating. To replace this with a Rota-Flex you need the part # LC328330. This is rated for 18K, but the extra bit of capacity won't be an issue.
The Rota-Fle is more of a mid-tier pin box so if you wanted something with a better performance, then I recommend the MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box # MR84VR which has a better cushioning system.
