Mark, it looks like what you're looking for is the B&B Top Rear Corner Cap for RV Slide-Out # BM73ZR. This piece measures 2 1/2" long x 2 1/2" wide x 1 1/2" tall, and is 1 5/8" on center for the mounting holes.

Hey Brice the plastic corner measures 7 inches by 7 inches with 1 corner rounded off. No mounting holes, looks like it is glued on with silicone maybe
