my MaxxFan Roof Vent Rain Sensor Light is blinking Off. How do I fix it.

If the rain sensor on your MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat # MA00-04000K isn't allowing your vent to run then that tells me the sensor is still wet. Try to give it some time to dry and see if that allows you to use the fan.
