Yep, you can mount the Yakima LockNLoad Platform Roof Tray # Y05044 to the factory roof rack of your 2010 Toyota RAV4. You'd just need to get two sets of the Crossbar Clamps for Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack # Y05039 so you can attach the platform to your RAV4 and you'd be set.
