What is this tongue weight scale made of? Is it steel or aluminum or something else?

Hi Josh; the BTBRV Tongue Weight Scale # BTBRV44FR is actually made of both. It has a steel footplate with an aluminum body, both of which have a powder coat finish. The scale also comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
