Availability Of Base Plate For Flat Towing A 2024 Honda Civic

Question:
LOKING FOR A BASE PLATE KIT THAT WILL FIT MY 2024 HONDA CIVIC SPORT. I NEED THE CROSSBAR STYLE.

Hello Werner, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say that we do not offer a base plate for the 2024 Honda Civic. According to the online owners manual, the 2024 Civic is not designed to be towed behind a motorhome as this can damage the transmission. So, this is likely why a base plate is not made for this car. The only way to safely tow this vehicle is on a flatbed car trailer with all 4 wheels off the ground.

jesse, we bought a STICKSHIFT , honda civic which can be towed on the ground with all wheels . so ,yes ,there must be a tow-plate available for my vehicle . we had to retire my 2018 honda accord ,stickshift ,that we towed all around the country . lease find me a suitable tow-plate for my new honda . thanks , werner
