Hi Blake,
The Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel # AM20757 will fit 16" tires regardless of ply rating and doesn't have a maximum pressure rating as it would be well over what the tire can handle. You would want to check what the max cold psi rating is on the sidewall of the tire. This wheel is rated to handle up to 3,520 lbs of weight.
If you don't already have the tire picked out you could go with the Karrier ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10501, which has a 12ply rating.
