Can i switch my 51110 from my 2003 to my new 2014, 03 is a silverado and 2014 is a Sierra.

Yes, you can. If your 2014 GMC Sierra is a 1500 model all you would need is the Curt Wiring Adapter part # C51451 to install your Curt Venturer Trailer Brake Controller # C74VV.
If your 2014 is a 2500 or 3500 the connections are available under the dash of your vehicle. You would want to wire the controller up to the wires under your dash. Check out the FAQ article I attached on how this is done.
