Hi Lernes,
We can definitely help you pick out the right disc brakes for your 2018 Winnebago Minnie Plus 27BHSS but we'll need to get some information first to see what exactly will be a compatible fit. Starting with the axles we'll need to know their capacity and the compatible bearings and grease seal for the spindle. If you don't know what your bearing and grease seal part numbers are then you can remove a hub and measure the spindle with a caliper # PTW80157 at points B, C, and D from the diagram below. Once we know these measurements and the axle capacity I can then look for the right assemblies.
You'll also need a brake line kit and an electric-over-hydraulic (EOH) actuator. We sell some of these in kits or separately. To find the right kit for you we'll want to measure from the trailer tongue to first axle to find the length.
From there you'll need to tie your breakaway switch and battery into the wiring for the EOH actuator and use a brake controller that's compatible with EOH actuators.
I've attached a help article link below that goes step by step through this process so you can read up a bit on what this kind of transition would entail.
