Can you place fuel cans or jerry cans on these rear flat cargo carriers such as C18145? Im wondering how much weight it will support for this purpose on a 1-1/4inch curt hitch on a 2018 Impreza.

Hi Nathaniel,
The 17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier # C18145 has a 300 lb weight capacity when used in 1-1/4" hitches, but you're still limited by the tongue weight capacity of your hitch. For example, the Curt hitch # C11465, which fits a 2018 Subaru Impreza wagon, has a 200 lb weight capacity, meaning the most the carrier and its cargo combined could weigh is 200 lbs.
