Regarding Hitch Receiver Item e98856 the description classifies this hitch as a Class III with a GWT of 5000lbs. and a TW of 500 lbs. WD is the same. However the video describes/implies it as a Class II with a GTW of 3000lbs. and a TW of 500lbs. What is the actual rating of this item?
