4 Bike Rack for 2016 Toyota Highlander Carrying Carbon Bikes and 18 inch Wheel Bike

Question:

I am looking for a 2-inch, hitch mount bike rack that holds 3-4 bikes on a 2016 Toyota Highlander. It needs to be carbon fiber bike frame friendly and be able to hold 18-inch wheel kid bikes. Also, the rear hatch will need to clear the handlebars with the tilt-down option when fully loaded. Is there a bike rack that can accommodate these needs? Thanks in advance.

Hey Steve, so we have ONE bike rack that covers everything you need and it happens to be the nicest (most expensive) bike rack we carry...but like I said it's only option that I can confidently recommend that covers all of the things you need. The bike rack you need is the Kuat Piston Pro 4 bike rack part # KU58ZR.

This is a 4 bike rack that only touches the bikes by the tires which protects the carbon frame, it's only option that can carry an 18 inch diameter wheel like you need, and we've test fit it on a similar Highlander and know what with it tilted down the rear hatch can open all the way.
