I have a demco kar kaddy ss and would like just the driver side fender or do I have to purchase the entire fender assembly.

You do indeed need to get the entire replacement fender assembly for the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly # DM9713045. Just the fender alone without the parts for the light is not made individually available.
So to replace the driver's side fender on the Kar Kaddy SS you will need the Replacement Fender Assembly for Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly - Driver Side # DM5982.
