Just received the RVR 9 and it won’t turn on

Hey Greg,
We actually just a got a tech note from the manufacturer last week stating that the battery on some models of the Trailer Valet RVR9 Remote-Controlled Trailer Dolly # TVRVR9 were shipped out with the battery unplugged. You'll need to unscrew the cover and connect the battery in order for it to work.
