Hey Mike,
The RetraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Cover # RT80233 doesn't have a t-slot and the rails would cover the bedrails of the truck so it would not be compatible with a Yakima roof rack. You would need the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-80233 instead, which has the accessory T-slots in the rails for you to mount the rack.
For a Yakima roof rack (crossbars) you would need their TrackTowers # Y52AV. If you're instead wanting Yakima's OutPost or OverHaul ladder rack then you'll need the HD Track Adapter Kit # Y75RR.
