Would this work with putting these crossbars on a cargo basket? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Timothy,

You would not be able to mount the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG215 to a cargo basket as it wouldn't be able to properly clamp to the basket.

The closest you can get to putting bars on a cargo basket are if you add the 40" Accessory Bar # Y07353 to the 40" Wide Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket # Y07138 or the 49" Accessory Bar # Y07354 to the 49" Wide Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket # Y07139.

Hey Timothy, did you end up trying the Yakima OffGrid basket with the accessory bars instead of the Malone AirFlow2 crossbars? Knowing how that setup worked could help others looking to add bars to their cargo basket.
