Hello Phoebe, thanks for reaching out. To answer your question, no, the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # RR45GR cannot support a rooftop tent. This roof rack is for a vehicle with a naked roof so it requires a door jamb fit kit. The door-jamb style fit kits cannot support a rooftop tent, so this system is not compatible.
I am sorry to say that it is not possible to carry a rooftop tent on a vehicle with a naked roof. Roof tents can only be supported by vehicles with OEM roof rails with fixed mounting points and a reenforced roof structure.
