Pollak Trailer Connector Adapter - Vehicle End - 7-Pole Round to 7-Way Blade Item PK12-724 this is basically a extension cord, right? Everything will work like factory setup! going to extend the receiver hitch ball out a little. If get different pickup. With pickup I got now I needed this extension. I just bought different receiver which is too big for this new pickup hole.

Hey Aaron,
We do have an extension for you to go from your truck's 7-way to your trailer's, but the # PK12-724 isn't one of them. This is actually an adapter to go from a 7-way round pin to a 7-way blade, so it isn't an extension. But thankfully, we have exactly what you need, which is the following:
- TorkLift Wiring Harness Extension # TLW6024
This will give you a 24 inch extension and yes, it will work just like the factory set up so you're good to go.
