Troubleshooting Landing Gear Won't Lift 2019 Grand Design Reflection 230RL

Question:
I think I need a new motor for my landing gear on my 2019 Reflection 230RL. I Thought the problem might be the battery but I put my jump start battery pack on the battery and there was no difference. The landing gear will only lift the camper so far not all the weight off the truck and then it wont lift it any further. The Model Number on the motor is 1-066-041012-01. I would love any feedback or ideas to what you think the problem may be. Thank you Les Riffel

Hi Les; I would go ahead and test the wire for power just to be sure. It could be that there is an issue with the wiring despite putting your jump start battery pack on the battery. Outside of that, the motor is likely the problem. You can replace it with the # LC141893 which I see you already ordered.
