Troubleshooting 2023 Airstream Basecamp LED Lights Not Working with 2016 MB Metris 7-Way

Hi. I heard yall might be able to help me troubleshoot this issue. I am new to towing. Im not sure how long this has been an issue. My right running light was running dim and has recently faded completely out, I also just realized my left turn signal does not work, but the right signal does work. I think the issue is coming from my tow vehicle. I had the 7 way installed recently and did not notice the issue. My tow is a mercedes metris 2016 and my trailer is airstream basecamp 2023. Any ideas? Many thanks

Hey Darcie, thanks for reaching out!

What I'd start looking at first is the 7-Way on your 2016 Mercedes-Benz Metris. Make sure all of the functions are working properly there, and if they are I believe the problem is the compatibility of your vehicle with the LED lights on your Airstream. If you were to add the 7-Way Trailer Adapter for Towing Trailers with LED Lights # C57003 between your vehicle and trailer then it would make the electrical components compatible with each other.

You can also try hooking the Airstream up to a different tow vehicle to make sure everything is working correctly on that end.
