I have a Newmar 50 amp class A motorhome. Is it okay to install a 30 amp go power solar system on it Thanks

Hey Michael,
Solar panel systems just recharge your motorhome's battery bank and wouldn't be affected by your motorhome being 50 amp or 30 amp. These systems have a solar charge controller that reads the battery charge level and will change the charge it sends to the battery bank accordingly.
What is your ultimate goal with adding solar to the motorhome? Sizing the solar system to your desired needs will require a bit of homework to figure out your power consumption and you'll also need to ensure that there's enough real estate on the roof for the panels to physically fit.

I'm purchasing 4 280Ah Lithium batteries. I use some Harvest Host Locations as I travel and I park my Rv in storage in Florida with no hook ups during the winter.
