Question:
I have a flatbed tow truck with a 4 pin round trailer plug, been looking for a adapter to plug into my 7 pin female plug for my car trailer. Need a 4 pin male plug to go to my 7 pin female plug

Hello Bill. I do have a solution for you, but the 4-pin round plug is not common, and we do not have an adapter for a 4-pin male to a 7-way female.
What I would do it wire the flatbed tow truck with the more standard 4-flat plug like part # HM48205. This will allow you to use the adapter # 30717 which will allow you to plug in your 7-way trailer plug. Keep in mind that this will only operate the brake lights and turn signals and there will be no braking capability.
