Where do I get the fish wire and do you have a list of the required equipment like drill bits for this installation?

Keith, the fish wire and hardware will be included with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13303 but any drill bits needed would need to be supplied by you.
It looks like you'd need to supply a 8mm and 3/4" socket which you could use # PT84VR, a 6" extension, as well as 5/16" # PTW8577 and 9/16" drill bits. Anything we don't have you can easily find at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.
