How do I know if the battery is good on my 18volt awning the charger goes from red to green in like 15min but still the awning doesn’t power up ? Thank you dave

Hey Dave, the battery is supposed to be good for 20-25 retractions before needing charged. If yours won't hold a charge it does sound like it needs to be replaced which we have with the part # LC387959.
