Propane Regulator Availability for a 1998 Coleman/Fleetwood Santa Fe

Question:
Hello, Im trying to figure out what to purchase to replace my leaking regulators. I have two separate regulators with a Tfoot connector in between for the high pressure outside stove. I cant seem to find this type of setup anywhere so Im wondering if etrailer stocks what I need. Ive included a photo
