interested Item TE84FR Installing in a small shed and top of loft floor is only 72 from slab. Any way a few steps could bet removed? Also loft door is x 42 wide X 66 long. Any chance this would work? Thanks DS

Dan, I don't believe that you can remove some steps to get the height you need. I'd recommend just going with the Telesteps Telescopic A-Frame Ladder # TE24FR instead.
These steps have a 6' extended height, can reach up to 10', and a 375 lb weight capacity. This way you would still be able to reach the same height you would've been able to reach with # TE84FR, but you don't have to do any modifying to get it to work.
