When folded up, the Telesteps Telescoping Pull Down Attic Ladder # TE84FR measures 31" tall and is 19" wide.
Additionally, this ladder has a required minimum attic opening size of 37" long x 24" wide, and requires 22-1/2" x 37" minimum mounting clearance between the joists in ceiling.
