Hey Scott,
To replace your Atwood GH10-3E you'll want the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR93FR. This water heater can produce up to 144 gallons of hot water per hour. Since it's tankless you won't have to wait around for the tank to heat the water and can take a shower without having to be as conservative with the water.
The dimensions I'm seeing show the GH10-3E being 15.5" H x 16" W x 21" D so you'll need to frame in the hole a bit with some 2 x 2's in order to mount the new unit. I've attached a video below where Jake had to do this during his installation. I'm assuming your door is a bit larger so you'll want to doublecheck the measurements and go with one of the following door sizes:
16" T x 18" W # FR48SR
18" T x 18" W # FR68SR
You'll also want to pick up some butyl tape # AL28FJ for the mounting flanges of the unit and access door as well as some non-sag sealant # 344270341437-1 to go around the outer edge of the access door for a watertight seal.
