I need a replacement power which for my 2019 forest river freedom popup 1940LTD.

I'm thinking you mean winch and while we don't have the exact replacement, the Bulldog Winch Powersports Series ATV Winch item # BDW15006 would be a suitable option.
The Bulldog item # BDW15006 comes with load in and load out capability so you can raise and lower your pop-up trailer. This winch can be free-spooled in the out position and it comes with a load-holding mechanical brake. It also comes with a wired remote, but you can replace it with the Replacement Wireless Controller for Bulldog Winch, item # BDW59GB, if you want to go wireless.
