Hi, I have a 2010 Thule Hullivator for a 2004 Scion XB. Can I retro fit it to a 2015 Honda CRV EX w/no roof rack? The Scion didn’t have a roof rack either. I hope I can invest in correct footers for the honda, extend the existing bar & apply the correct measure dimensions. Please respond . Thank you

Hi Aileen,
For your 2015 Honda CR-V with a naked roof I recommend a Yakima roof rack # Y33AB (black crossbars) or # Y36EB (silver crossbars). Yakima crossbars have a mounting bracket channel that runs the full length of the crossbar unlike other brands that only give you about 5" or 6". This will allow you to easily adjust the crossbars over enough to hit the 4" clearance requirement that the Hullavator # TH898 requires.
