What is the weight rating on this rack? Could it handle a 150lb e-moto

Hey Dan, the weight capacity of the Saris MHS Platform Rack Base for 1 Bike and Accessory # SAR38MR for the Saris MHS DUO Bike Rack # SAR23MR is 115 lbs, so it won't be quite strong enough to handle your 150 lb bike.
That is pretty heavy for a bike, so I'd recommend trying to shed some weight and you might be in business because there is no single bike rack available that'll be able to handle a 150 lb bike.
Your only other option would be to use a cargo carrier # C18152 and some ratchet straps # EM37UV, but I'm not too sure that's something you'd want to do.
