Question:
Can this hitch be installed on the front? I need a hitch on the front of my 2018 Chevrolet 1500 crew cab pickup that can handle a boat trailer with 520 pound tongue weight, and the boat weighs approximately 4,600 pounds. I will be pushing it up a 12 incline. I dont have enough room on my driveway to back the boat in normally because of nearly a 90 degree turn.

Kevin, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98860 can not be installed in the front. You'd have to use a front mount trailer hitch like the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31069 which is designed to be installed in the front.
This hitch has a 500 lb vertical load limit, a 9,000 lb line pull capacity, and a GTW capacity of 5,000 lbs.
