I can’t find anything on how to Mount those brackets to my rv before installing the pin box

Hey David, so the wing set that comes with the Lippert 1621HD 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC1191151 that you referenced will get welded to your RV frame and then the pin box bolts to it.
