4 Bike Rack Capable Of Transporting Family Bikes With Smallest Having 16" Wheels

Im looking for a new 4 bike rack to make it easier to transport my familys 4 bikes. Im looking at both the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack and Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack for 4 Bikes. Our smallest bike is a Cleary Hedgehog with 16 wheels, but I didnt see an obvious minimum bike size listed for either. Also, I have existing keys for both Thule and Yakima and would like to know how to get the same lock for either. Im open to other suggestions as well!

Both the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # TH69TX and Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # Y02443-2 are only able to carry bikes with 20"-29" wheels. You should consider the Yakima StageTwo Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # Y75AR which will hold bikes with a 16"-29" wheel. You will also be able to key it in common with your current Yakima keys. If you can tell me what key number you currently have I can help you find the keyed alike cores you will be able to put on the bike rack. A great feature of this rack is it also rises as it moves away from the receiver which greatly helps with clearance.
