Im wondering if this wheel comes with a valve stem, and if not what size hole is it?

Hi Dustin,
The Aluminum AM03 Series Black Machined Trailer Wheel - 16" x 6" Rim - 8 on 6-1/2 # AM43NR does not come with the valve stem, but we do have one. I reached out to the manufacturer, Americana, for you and they verified the valve stem hole diameter is 0.453”. What I recommend that will fit is the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906.
This is rated for over 100 psi, and the larger tires that can fit the 16" # AM43NR can have higher psi ratings, which is why the # AM20906 is the best option.
