Will SumoSprings Help 2000 Fleetwood Bounder Raise Back to Factory Clearance
Updated 05/14/2024 | Published 05/12/2024 >
Question:
I have a 2000 Fleetwood Bounder on a F-53 chassis. It is dragging bottom when I come out of a driveway. The rear springs may be sagging. Will the sumo helper springs bring the riding height back to factory clearance? Thank you

Hey Bryan,
The SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs # SSR-181-54-1 for your 2000 Fleetwood Bounder on an F-53 chassis will help some, but won't bring you back up to factory clearances. If your suspension has worn over time, a helper spring isn't going to replace your factory suspension, it would just be of some assistance. The only way to really get back to factory clearances is with factory replacement parts.
