Wondering why the folowing product shows not compatible with my 2004 f350 superduty. seems like it should be able to be hard wired into any vehicle. Thank you. 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets w/ Mounting Bracket and Wiring - Vehicle End Item HM40975-11998

Hey Dirk, yes the 7-way kit part # HM40975-11998 that you referenced can definitely be installed on any vehicle including your 2004 Ford F-350. I am not sure why it's showing up as not a fit but most likely due to age.
