Question:
I have 2 -70 pound compact E.Bikes. 2013 Kia Forte 2.0 ex model. Do you think it would work ?

Terrance, it could potentially work if you're able to shed some weight on your bikes. If you're able to free up about 10 pounds on each bike you could then use the Saris SuperClamp EX Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # SA4025F and you'd be still under your max tongue weight.
If not, your only real choice would be to store them inside your car if at all possible, or you could try and use the 19x47 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # C18110 with some ratchet straps.
You'd ideally just need a larger hitch and you'd be fine, but seeing as though only class I hitches are available for your car, that isn't an option.
