Question:
The right side of my door is robbing on the right top of the steps. My extended feet are in all the way and my steps are like on an angle not sure what to do. I hate to remove the steps if anyone can help me out with a solution or an idea what I can do please let me know. I do have a wood deck underneath my steps. Not sure if that’s what causing the problem.

Hey Susan,
From what I'm seeing in the picture your steps # MR48RR are sitting up too high and are not fully extended out because of the wood deck under them. You'll need to remove the deck and either have the feet touch the ground or build a shorter base for the feet to sit on to resolve the issue.
