Where are the Torque Specs for the Draw Tite Hitch part # 75162 on a 2004 Dodge Durango

Question:
I installed this hitch about 5 years ago and dont have the specs for the torque on the bolts of the hitch.I would appreciate if you could provide them for me. Also it was recommended to check torque periodically, can thread lock be used on these bolts? Thank you for your reply.

I attached a link that contains the installation instructions that has the torque specs for all of the installation hardware for the Draw Tite Hitch part # 75162 on your 2004 Dodge Durango.
Using LocTite is not required for the installation hardware of your vehicle, but it would not be a bad idea to use some.
