Hi Guy,
The only trailer hitch I can currently find for a Jaguar XK8 is from Curt under part # 117503. It's designed to fit XK8 models from 1997 to 2000 and would need to be purchased directly from Curt.
If you're going to tow a trailer then you'll also need to pick up the Tekonsha Powered Tail Light Converter w/ 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector and Install Kit # 119147KIT to transfer your light signals to the trailer.
