If you have 12 inch wheels on your Karavan PWC trailer then yes, the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender # F008572 would work for you. The distance between the mounting brackets will need to be 22.7 inches to match up to this fender.
You might also be interested in purchasing the Galvanized Steel, U-Shaped, Bolt-On Brackets # PF1135-BKT-2 to make the installation easier.
