FanTastic Vent Fan Will Not Cut Off From The Controller

Question:
We have a Fantastic Vent 807358/807359 Upgrade Kit Model 7350 The old control would just spread and would not cut off.Just bought a new one and put it on and does the same thing.Any suggestion were to look for the problem. Thanks

It sounds like there is an issue with the circuit board on your Dometic FanTastic 7350 Series Upgrade Kit # FV807359. I'm not sure if you just tried a different Controller # FV9068-09 or if you replaced the entire kit and are still having the same issue. We do not have the circuit board available separately.
