Trailer Wiring Harness for 2023 Cadillac Lyriq RWD Without Tow Package

I have the 2023 RWD LYRIQ. Pulled the bottom cover off per the instructions and the plug to plug this harness into is not present on my LYRIQ. Some more digging reveals that the 2023 RWD did not come with the V92 Trailering Prepinch option, which would include an extra connector in the wiring harness behind the bumper cover for the Curt adapter to plug into. May want to update your listing as it seems there is no way to use this adapter if your LYRIQ didnt come with the trailering prep package. Is there another product or way to add trailering lights to this vehicle?

The # C44FR does in fact require the factory (OEM) tow package for installation on your 2023 Lyriq. We could do a better job calling this out beyond our notes for installation on the product page which say it "plugs into your vehicle's factory tow package wiring harness." I went ahead and requested this addition to the trailer wiring page. I wasn't able to find your order so if you already purchased this somewhere else I would return it.

The only other option would be to add a universal wiring harness. I wouldn't recommend splicing with the EV so the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT would be best. This clamps onto the wires to sense the signal and relay it to the 4-way at the rear.
