Will Lets Go Aero Flat Pipe Spine Fit GearDeck

Question:
I have this gear deck lets go aero with the landing gear, but my travel trailers hitch is not level to the carrier box and the landing gear is in the air when set to roll , would this spine hitch receiver work for my setup. Thank you
