need to know if this carrier can hold a Motorscooter with a load of 350 lbs with a trailer receiver of 500lbs tong weight? 2014 Winnebago Itasca Navion 24ft long

Ultra-Fab carrier, # UF48-979033, weighs about 50 pounds making the combined weight of the carrier and scooter 400 pounds. With a hitch tongue weight capacity of 500 pounds it is well within the capacity of the hitch.
You will want to have the scooter's center of gravity, wherever it is the heaviest, as close to the center of the carrier as possible.
