Question:

Hello. I had a Tekonsha 118754 installed on my 2024 Atlas SE at a local shop, and its not behaving correctly. Specifically, when the headlights are turned on the trailer brake lights come on and the marker/running lights do not. Turn signals are the only lights that work properly. When the brake pedal is depressed no lights activate. Should I order the C67WR, or have you all independently tested the 118754 on a 2024 Atlas SE, and do you suspect that something else is wrong? The Tekonsha website does not say that the 118754 is compatible, but your website does. I see that you have done an install video with the C67WR ON A 2024 Atlas SE, so I have no doubt it would be compatible. Thanks!

So from what I can gather, Marshall, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118754 may have not been tested extensively to see if it'd be compatible with the 2024 Atlas.

It shows here that there is a chance that this harness possibly won't work with a 2021.5 and up Atlas, so I'm assuming that's why you're experiencing what you're experiencing.

The Curt # C67WR however has been tested and is confirmed via Curt as well to work with your 2024 Volkswagen Atlas.
