Will an Outdoorsman 300 Ladder Rack Work on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma?

I have a 2023 Tacoma 4 door and am looking at buying a used outdoorsman 300 ladder rack and installing it. Do you think it will work on my truck? The inside of the truck bed does not have an overhang and instead has a track around the inside.

Probably not. It sounds like your 2023 Toyota Tacoma has the deck rail system. The Yakima racks we sell for it like the OverHaul HD item # Y01151-5868 attach to it with a special adapter because there is no room to clamp it to the underside of the bed sides.
The Adapter Kit item # Y01168 bolts directly to the tracks and is not compatible with the Outdoorsman 300 system.
