Are There Roof Bike Racks Capable of Supporting a 65LB E-Bike With Fat Tires?

I am looking for a truck bed mount system for my fat tire ebike that weighs 65 pounds. I have an Elevate truck bed rack system. All I see for bike mounts are for 45 pounds. Is there a system out there for my situation?

With Fat tire E-Bikes you are going to be limited to hitch mounted bike racks like the Hollywood Racks # HLY64FR this is due to the weight of the bikes. Roof racks like the Swagman # S64705 you found are going to top out at 45lbs for a couple of reasons. The first is most vehicle roofs are not going to be rated to carry such heavy loads and they are not the most stable side to side with the smaller profile of a roof rack. Even with it on your truck bed it is also a large amount of weight to lift to that position which is a major reason to not make it either since it would typically take multiple well abled people to lift a bike that heavy into position so far off the ground.
The nice thing about the Hollywood Racks # HLY64FR is it can also be used behind most RV's as well as vehicles.
