Based on the information I could find it appears your Shoreland'r LUV40TMXWMS1-16 uses standard 3,500lb axle and hubs. I always recommend verifying this as I have seen manufacturers make changes or trailers get axles changed due to being damaged in transit. These hubs will fit the 1.98" Bearing Buddy # BB1980A-SS. The CE Smith Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # CE13515 you found does contain the correct size bearings and grease seal for a standard 3,500lb axle and will also fit the Bearing Buddy protectors.
Please let me know if you find a different size spindle on your trailer or if you require disc or drum brakes as you may need different components since not all the trailers had the same brakes from the factory.
